The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) founded in 1953 is one of the leading Professional Society in India. In EXTC department, ISF (IETE Students Forum) was formed in 2003. ISF in association with EXTC department provides the platform for the students in research oriented work and under this various seminars and workshops are arranged in EXTC department of A. C. Patil College of Engineering. Benefits of this is the students can publish their papers in Journal of Education and can also attend IETE technical programs in India at reduced registration fees.
